As part of the McMinnville Honda new Honda image construction project CD Redding handled all preconstruction and entitlements as well as the unique project planning and construction involving on-site utilities, environmental compliance and Oregon Dept. of Transportation Right of Way work as well as engaging the entire design team. Once the preconstruction hurdles were complete, CD Redding completed construction and modernization involving an 11,000 sq. ft. additional along with a major reconfiguration of the 5,000 sq. ft. shop and major site alterations.
