This project for St. Innocent Winery was a full production facility along with a commercial kitchen and tasting room. Off the tasting room is a large concrete patio overlooking the vineyard. 

The wine production area was designed to optimize each step of the winemaking process. The fermented wines rest in a naturally humidified and cooled barrel room. The commercial kitchen enables the winery to focus on food and wine pairings and events.
